目的 建立植物油和动物组织中55 种农药残留的快速检测方法。方法 样品用经改进的QuEChERS方法提取净化, 提取液采用在线凝胶渗透色谱-串联气质联用法(gel permeation chromatography coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GPC-GC-MS)检测。结果 在0.01~0.20 mg/L范围内各农药组分具有良好的线性关系, 相关系数均在0.992以上,方法的加标回收率为60%~130%,55 种农药测定低限范围为0.005~0.030 mg/kg。结论 该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确, 适合于植物油和动物组织中55 种农药残留的测定。 |

Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 55 pesticide residues in vegetable oil and animal tissues. Methods The samples were extracted and purified by a modified QuEChERS method, and then the supernatant was analyzed by on-line gel permeation chromatography coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GPC-GC-MS) system. Results The calibration curves of 55 pesticide residues were linear in the range of 0.01~0.20 mg/L with good correlation coefficients more than 0.992, The recoveries of the method ranged from 60% to 130%, The limits of quantification were 0.005~0.03 mg/kg. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reliable and can meet the requirement the simultaneous determination and analysis of 55 pesticide residues in vegetable oil and animal tissues. |
