茶叶及其相关制品被实施生产许可证制度已近12年, 对生产许可证数据的统计基本上可以反映食品的生产加工情况。本文对2013年福建省获证的茶叶及其相关制品的生产企业数量按茶类和地区(市)进行分析, 结果发现全省各类茶产品丰富且齐全, 企业总数比2012年增加60.73%左右, 以生产乌龙茶、红茶、绿茶为主; 含茶制品、代用茶则呈迅速发展的趋势。安溪县和武夷山市在生产乌龙茶、红茶方面优势突出, 宁德市则在发展多茶类(绿茶、红茶、白茶、花茶)方面表现突出。本文综述总结了全省茶业呈现多茶类百花齐放、传统茶区优势突出、深加工和代用茶产品快速发展的特点, 提出了生产许可证制度在保障地理标志品牌、推行标准化生产和严控质量安全等方面对福建省茶叶及其相关制品发展起到的积极作用, 同时也指出了该制度的不足及对策。 |

It has been nearly 12 years since the tea products process license system was carried out, of which the data could indicate the general tea production situation. Using the numbers of companies qualified to process tea products by license in Fujian province in 2013, this paper analyzed the data based on product categories and production areas. The results showed that the categories of tea products in Fujian were rich and complete, and the total number of companies in 2013 increased about 60.73% compared to that in 2012. In the aspect of product categories, oolong tea, black tea and green tea dominated the processed tea leaves, while instant tea, flavored tea and substitute tea were rapidly developed. In the aspect of production areas, Anxi county and Wuyishan city mainly processed oolong tea and black tea, while Ningde city had outstanding performance in developing green tea, black tea, white tea and scented tea. This paper also summarized that tea industry in Fujian province was characterized by rich tea categories, prominent advantages of traditional tea production areas and rapid development of further processed tea products and tea substitute products. Also, positive effects of the process license system on the development of tea products in Fujian were proposed, which were the protection of geographical indication brands, execution of standardized production and strict controls of quality safety. Finally, the defects and its countermeasures of the system were pointed out. |
