目的 建立液相色谱-串联质谱检测水果中甲维盐残留的方法, 并对提取溶剂、净化条件、流动相进行了优化。方法 试样经乙腈提取, C18固相萃取小柱净化后, 用液相色谱串联质谱测定。结果 甲维盐在1~20 μg/L范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数大于0.99, 在基质样品中添加0.1、0.2、1.0 μg/kg 3个水平药物, 其回收率在73.9%~84.2%之间, 相对标准偏差3.86%~7.53%, 方法检测限为0.05 μg/kg。结论 该方法可靠、稳定, 可满足水果中甲维盐残留检测与确证需要。 |

Objective A method for the determination of emamectin in fruits by performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed, and the sample pretreatment such as extraction, cleanup and mobile phase were optimized. Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by C18 solid phase extraction column, and determined by performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Results The linear ranges were 1?20 μg/L and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.99. The recoveries of emamectin in fruits at the spiked levels of 0.1, 0.2, and 1.0 μg/kg were 73.9%?84.2%. The relative standard deviations were 3.86%?7.53%. Conclusion The method can meet the requirements for the determination of emamectin in fruits. |
