      传统的食源性致病微生物检测方法主要是利用培养基对存活的病原微生物进行培养和分离, 这种方法因其周期长、程序繁琐已经不能满足快速检测的要求。随着免疫学、生物化学、分子生物学的不断发展, 人们已经建立了较多快速、简便、特异、敏感的检测技术。本文对分子马达生物传感器在食源性病原微生物检测中的应用及其前景进行综述性介绍。

      The traditional detection of foodborne pathogenic microorganism was mainly based on development and separation of pathogenic microorganism. These methods no longer satisfy the requirement of rapid detection because of their long cycles and complicated programs. With the development of immunology, biochemistry, and molecular biology, a few of rapid, simple, specific and sensitive detections have been developed. In this paper, the molecular motor biosensor in the detection of foodborne pathogenic microorganism and its application prospects are reviewed.
