色氨酸是人和动物机体自身无法合成、需要从食物中摄取的必需氨基酸之一, 也是代谢为5-羟色胺、褪黑激素、犬尿氨酸和烟酸等的重要前体物质。色氨酸虽然在人和动物体内含量较少, 但是可以通过其多元的代谢途径及其代谢产物发挥着各种重要作用。色氨酸在体内主要有两条分解代谢途径: 一是沿5-羟色胺的代谢途径; 二是沿犬尿氨酸的代谢途径。通过膳食摄入体内的色氨酸不仅能参与调节蛋白质的合成, 还能在控制动物食欲、免疫调节以及改善情绪认知等方面发挥重要作用。近年来, 随着对色氨酸及其代谢产物研究的不断深入, 其应用领域也越来越广泛, 目前已被广泛应用于食品、饲料和医药等领域。本文就色氨酸及其代谢产物5-羟色胺对动物肠道免疫、肠道蠕动以及肠易激综合征三方面的作用做一综述。 |

L-tryptophan is one of the essential amino acids for the human or animal, which is the precus of 5-hydroxytryptamine, N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine, L-Kynurenine, nicotinic acid and so on. L-tryptophan has two metabolic pathways: the one is kynurenine pathway, the other is 5-hydroxytryptamine pathway. Although the level of tryptophan in human and animal is less, it and its metabolites play the vital role not only on regulating protein synthesis, but also on controlling animal appetite, adjusting the immune response, and improving mood and cognitive function. In recent years, the application of tryptophan and its metabolites is becoming more and more widely. L-tryptophan has been widely applied in food, feedstuff, medicine and other fields. In this paper, the effects of L-tryptophan and its metabolite 5-hydroxytryptamine on animal intestinal immune, intestinal peristalsis and irritable bowel syndrome were summarized. |
