      网络资源数据库为食品安全问题的解决提供了强大的信息支持, 是相关研究人员、管理者乃至决策者获取食品安全信息的有力工具。本文从综合型网络资源数据库和专业型网络资源数据库两个层面分别对国内外相关网站进行了简要介绍, 其中综合型网络资源数据库主要介绍了国内的食品数据库、食品安全网和台湾食品数据库, 以及国外的国家食品安全数据库(National Food Safety Database)、食品安全研究项目数据库(Food Safety Research Projects Database)、欧盟委员会健康与消费者保护总署食品网和全球食品安全数据库(The Collab4safety Stakeholder Database); 专业型网络资源数据库则是按照食品添加剂、农药、兽药、微生物、化学药物的分类方式进行分别介绍的。针对国内外网络资源数据库的特点, 本文对我国网络资源数据库的发展提出了展望。

      Being a powerful tool to find useful food safety information for relevant technical researchers, managers and policy makers, internet database provides vast quantities of informational support for the solution of the food safety issues. The comprehensive internet database and professional internet database relating to China and abroad were introduced respectively, and their detail websites were presented in this paper. Food database of foodmate website, food safety network which belongs to the website of WTO/TBT-SPS notification and enquiry of China, and Taiwan food database hosted by standardization institute of Fujian province were mainly introduced in the part of domestic comprehensive internet databases. The national food safety database of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the food safety research projects database hosed by the Food Safety Research Information Office (FSRIO), the food topic network of Directorate-General for Health and Consumers (DG-SANCO), and the global food safety database (namely the collab4safety stakeholder database) which supported by the EU's seventh framework project funding were mainly introduced in the part of overseas comprehensive internet databases. Besides, professional internet databases were presented briefly according to the classification of food additive, pesticide, veterinary drug, microbe and chemical drug. Based on the characteristics of databases mentioned above, the prospects of deal with food safety issues by internet database in China were put forward at the end of this paper.
