      本研究收集了自 2009 年 3 月 18 日到 2012 年 12 月 26 日以来, 北京市工商行政管理局官方网站上 每周公布的食品安全信息, 共 197 份不合格食品名单, 其中包括 1852 件下架食品, 41 种不合格项目。调查 根据 GB2760-2011 将下架食品整理分类, 将不合格项目分成不同类别分析, 统计出每种不合格项目造成的 下架案例数, 并排列出每种食品中造成下架最多的 4 种不合格项目。 调查还统计出频繁通报的 10 家食品生 产厂家, 以及抽查样品合格率的趋势图。以此为食品企业管理者、食品监管者和消费者在食品安全评估方面 提供参考数据。
英文摘要:
      This survey collected the weekly published food recall lists issued by Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce during a period from March 18th, 2009 to December 26th, 2012. The total 197 lists were collected, including 1852 cases of recalled foods and 41 types of unqualified factors. Recalled foods were categorized according to the food categorization in GB2076-2011, and unqualified factors were ranked by their occurrence and categorized into different groups of food additive. Additionally, this survey listed out the top 10 food companies with most recalled food products, and presented the trend map of the qualification rate of food products. Those data provided a references for food safety risk assessment for stakeholders in food industry and government agency.
