      目的 建立同时测定塑料包装材料中有毒有害物质的气相色谱-质谱法, 其中包括增塑剂、抗氧化剂、爽滑剂等有毒有害物。方法 塑料样品用甲醇-乙酸乙酯(2:1)超声提取, 经0.45 μm滤膜过滤后, 用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)的选择离子监测模式(SIM)进行检测。结果 该方法具有良好的线性相关性(相关系数r>0.9990), 在三个添加水平下, 样品平均回收率在87.9%~103.0%之间, 相对标准偏差(RSD, n=5)在2.8%~9.5%之间。结论 该法简便、灵敏、准确, 适用于食品塑料包装材料中多种有毒有害物质同时快速、灵敏检测。

      Objective To establish the method of simultaneous determination of multiple harmful substances in food plastic packing materials by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS), including plasticizers, antioxidants and slip agents. Methods The samples of food plastic packing materials were extracted with methanol-ethyl acetate (2:1) by ultrasonic, then filtrated through the membrane with 0.45 μm diameter, and determined by the selective ion monitoring mode of GC-MS. Results A good linear correlation was ob-served with the correlation coefficients (r>0.9990) for all analytes. The recovery range was 87.9%~103.0% at three spiked concentrations, with the relative standard deviation between 2.8%~9.5%. Conclusion This method was simple, sensitive and accurate, which was suitable for high through-put determination for harmful substances in food plastic packing materials.
