Many countries have paid great attention to nitrofuran antibiotics due to their intense toxicity and carcinogenic effect. This paper reviewed the latest progress and advantages and disadvantages of detection methods of the nitrofuran antibiotics and its metabolites residues in foods. Finally, the detection technolo-gies of nitrofuran antibiotics metabolites residues was prospected. |
