      目的 建立食品中对羟基苯甲酸酯的气相色谱分析方法。方法 样品用正己烷和乙醚萃取, 浓缩后, 最后用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定。结果 2 种对羟基苯甲酸酯在 10~1000 μg/mL 范围内呈良好的线性关系, 相 关系数均大于 0.999, 方法检出限为 0.01 mg/kg (S/N=3), 在 10、50、100 μg/mL 三个添加水平下, 样品中对羟 基苯甲酸酯的平均回收率在 85.8%~115.3%之间, RSD<10% (n=6)。结论 本方法, 灵敏度高, 重现性好, 简单 快捷, 能满足常规检测及食品安全控制的需要。
英文摘要:
       Objective To establish a method for determination of p-hydroxybenzoic acid ester in food by gas chromatography. Methods Samples were extracted with n-hexane and aethera concentrated by rotary evaporator, and analyzed by gas chromatography. Results The method showed a good linearity over the range of 10~1000 μg/mL for p-hydroxybenzoic acid ester with r>0.999. The detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg. The re- coveries were 85.8%~115.3% at the spiked level of 10, 50, 100 μg/mL with RSD<10% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and it is suitable for detection and control of food safety.
