目的 探讨苦瓜皂苷超声提取的最佳工艺条件, 比较广州、广东、南疆、山东、吐鲁番等地区脱脂与未脱脂苦瓜中皂苷含量的差异。方法 采用正交实验优化苦瓜皂苷的超声提取工艺, 并用分光光度法进行含量测定, 比较广州、广东、南疆、山东、吐鲁番等地区苦瓜皂苷的含量差异。结果 苦瓜皂苷的最佳超声提取条件是提取时间40 min、提取温度60℃、料液比1:40。结论 未脱脂苦瓜中皂苷的含量比脱脂苦瓜的皂苷含量高, 广东苦瓜中皂苷的含量最高, 广州苦瓜中皂苷的含量最低。 |

Objective To study the optimum conditions for continuous extraction of saponin from Momordica charantia L. by ultrasonic extraction and to compare the content difference of saponin from Momordica charantia L. in the areas of Guangzhou, Guangdong, Xinjiang, Shandong, Turpan. Methods Orthogonal experiment was applied to optimize the extraction process of saponin from Momordica charantia L. using ultrasonic extraction method and the extract was determined by spectrophotometry. Results The optimum conditions for saponin extraction from Momordica charantia L. were 40 min, 60 ℃ and 1:40 of solid-liquid ratio. Conclusion The content of saponin from defatted Momordica charantia L. was higher than that from Momordica charantia L., and the content of saponin in Guangdong province was the highest while that in Guangzhou city was the lowest. |
