      本文对桂林辖区出口食品生产企业实验室状况进行全面了解, 并对形成该现状的原因作了分析, 为提高企业的自检自控能力, 应对国外以食品安全为名的技术性贸易壁垒, 笔者认为食品实验室应提高食品安全意识、建立实验室质量管理体系、积极参加能力验证、加强培训等。
英文摘要:
      This paper reviewed the status of analytical test laboratory in export food enterprises in Guilin area and analyzed the reasons of them. In order to raise the self-test capability of food companies and deal with foreign technical barriers, analytical test laboratory should raise the awareness of food safety, establish laboratory quality management system, actively participate in proficiency testing and strengthen training, and so on.
