      细胞凋亡通路受阻是导致肿瘤发生、发展及产生耐药性的主要原因, 通过死亡受体信号转导途径和线粒体途径诱导细胞凋亡, 是近年来发现的抗肿瘤治疗的主要机制。壮药“国虾薄”通三道两路, 具有清热解毒的作用其热处理产物具有很强的抑制非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)A549细胞增殖活性, 并诱导细胞凋亡。但其有效成分尚不明确, 作用机制尚不清楚。本文介绍了细胞凋亡通路、壮医药抗肿瘤基本理论、热处理方法在天然药物中的应用、壮药“国虾薄”(绞股蓝)的生物活性及其热处理产物抗NSCLC有效成分研究。
英文摘要:
      Blocking the apoptotic pathway is the principal cause of the occurrence, development and drug resistance of tumor. Recently it was found that apoptosis induced via death receptor signal transduction pathways and mitochondrial pathways was the main mechanism of anti-tumor treatment. “Gocaekmbaw”, the Zhuang-medicine, which possessedthe effects of keeping the “three channels and two ways” unblocked, and had the heat clearing and detoxication activities. The ethanol extract of the heat-processed Gocaekmbaw by high temperature and pressure conditions showed a stronger non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) A549 cells inhibitory activity and possessed an apoptosis induction effect. However, the active constituents of Gocaekmbaw and their mechanism were not clear yet. The apoptotic pathway, basic anti-tumor theory of Zhuang- medicine, application of heat-processing in natural medicine, biological activity of Gocaekmbaw, and research on active constituents against NSCLC from its heat-processed product were reviewed in this paper.
