      目的 利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定食品中的硼元素, 计算食品中的硼酸含量。方法 食品样品采用微波消解仪按设定程序消解, 消解液采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定。对ICP-OES测定硼元素的仪器条件进行优化。结果 在0.100~5.000 ?g/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性, 标准曲线为Y=63.38X 38.14, 相关系数r为0.9997。本方法检出限为3.54 μg/g。结论 该方法是一种快速、有效的测定食品中硼酸的分析方法, 可应用于市售的多种食品中的硼酸含量的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To determine the content of boron and boric acid in food by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Methods The food samples were digested by the micro-wave assisted digester under a prescribed program, then the sample solution obtained was used for the ICP-OES determination of boron content. The instrument parameters of ICP-OES determination of boron were optimized. Results A good linear relationship was detected in the concentration range of 0.100~5.000 μg/mL (r=0.9997), the formula of standard curve was Y=63.38X 38.14. The detection limit of this method was 3.54 μg/g. Conclusion The described method is fast and efficient, and can be applied for boric acid determination in various foods in the market.
