      目的 建立了面粉及挂面中的铝含量的分析方法。方法 采用微波消解试样, 等离子发射光谱法对陕西11个地市的35个市售挂面样品进行铝含量测定。结果 该方法检出限为0.145 mg/kg。近一半样品的铝含量超过了欧盟的临时限量标准, 而且随着地区的不同呈现出一定的分布特性和趋势特征。结论 该方法较GB/T5009.182-2003简便、快速、准确, 能够满足面粉及挂面中铝含量的测定要求。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a new method for determination of aluminum content in flours and dried noodles. Methods In our experiment, samples were analyzed by microwave digestion and aluminum content in 35 samples of flours and dried noodles from 11 cities in Shaanxi were determined by ICP-AES. Results The detection limit of this method was 0.145mg/kg. In nearly half of the samples the aluminum content exceeded the temporary limit standard set by EU, and along with the difference of each area in Shaanxi, the content showed certain distribution features and trend characteristics. Results Compared to GB/T5009.182-2003, this method is more simple, rapid and accurate. Moreover, it is easier to handle which has been satisfactorily applied to determine aluminum content in flours and dried noodles.
