| 目的 建立与食品接触的聚苯乙烯(PS)塑料成型品中苯乙烯迁移量的测定方法。方法 以水和大豆油为食品模拟液, 建立了顶空?色谱质谱(HS-GC/MS)联用法直接测定食品模拟物中的苯乙烯。结果 在两种不同的食品模拟物中, 方法的回收率为87.5~99.6%,相对标准偏差在2.5~6.4%, 检测限小于0.01 μg/mL。结论 该方法灵敏度高、定量准确、重现性好, 测定低限能够满足国际限量要求。 |

| Objective To establish a new method for determination of styrene from polystyrene plastic moldings in food simulants. Methods A method was developed for the determination of styrene in food simulants (water and soyabean oil) by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry directly. Results In two simulants, average recoveries ranged from 87.5 to 99.6% with relative standard deviations (RSD) between 2.5 and 6.4%. The detection limit was less than 0.01 μg/mL. Conclusion This method has good sensitivity, accuracy and reproducibility. The limit of quantitation of this method can meet the international standard. |
