      The further analysis of Japan’s imported food inspection and quarantine system Japan’s command inspection program is the most stringent sanctions;the release conditions are quite harsh.By studying the Japanese release command inspection program to find the defect of legal basis and scientific basis,broke through the technical trade measures to provide technical support for our country,and promote Japan change the harsh imported food inspection and quarantine system and the command release conditions to provide scientific basis for our country.
