      魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)是一种具有特殊结构和功能的天然多糖,广泛应用于食品、化工、生物、医药等领域。KGM在魔芋球茎中的晶体成长对其形成特殊结构与功能具有十分重要的关系。本文综述了国内外生物高分子晶体结晶研究的现状,在总结和分析传统方法的优劣基础上,分析了生物高分子晶体结晶的研究存在的问题,并提出解决目前存在问题的办法,对魔芋葡甘聚糖微观构象与其晶体天然成核关系的探究提供了新的思路和方法。
英文摘要:
      Konjac glucomannan(KGM) is a kind of functional natural polysaccharides with special structure, widely used in the fields of food,chemical engineering,biological,pharmaceutical,etc.There exists very important relation between crystal growth and special structure and function of KGM.This article describes briefly status quo of research on biological macromolecules crystallization home and abroad,analyses the subsistent problems in the study of biological macromolecules crystallization based on the summarization and analysis of advantageousness and disadvantageousness of the traditional research approach,and in the end,proposes the corresponding measures to the existent issues,providing different research approach of the relation between microstructure and crystal growth of konjac glucomannan.
