建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定奶及奶粉中六价铬。样品经干法灰化后,用一定体积的稀硝酸将灰分全部溶解并用水定容,待测溶液经雾化器形成气溶胶被载气送进ICP炬管,各种组分的原子在高温中被激发,产生不同波长的复合光,再经光栅分光得到被测组份的原子特征波长的单色光,最终被光电倍增管检测,外标法计算待测元素的含量。本法检出限为0.035μg/mL,方法精密度为1.69%,方法回收率为97.0%。 |

To establish a method for the determination of Hexavalent chromium in milk and milk powder by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES).Samples by dry ashing,are used for a certain volume of dilute nitric acid to dissolve all the ash and water volume,the test solution is converted into aerosol by nebulizer into the ICP torch by carrier gas,the various components of atoms in high temperature has been stimulated to produce light of different wavelengths of the composite,and then be measured by the grating component of the atomic characteristics of the wavelength of monochromatic light,ultimately detected by photomultiplier tubes,external standard method to calculate the content of the element under test. Detection limit is 0.035 μg/mL,method precision is 1.69%,and the rate of recovery is 97.0%. |
