为了对ELISA法快速检测三聚氰胺残留进行评估,进行了实验室内部验证实验。结果表明ELISA方法是快速检测三聚氰胺残留的筛选性技术,除疑似结果需要理化方法进一步确证外,整个检测过程仅需要3小时,检测低限为0.5mg/kg,可以满足国内外三聚氰胺推荐限量值控制要求;其方法的回收率、精密度均能达到SN/T0005标准的要求,符合目前我国对动植物和食品中药物残留检测技术和方法的具体规定。 |

To make assessment of ELISA method,experiments were taken for in-house validation.The results showed that the fast detection of melamine residues with ELISA is a rapid screening technology,the suspected results still need further confirming tests with physiochemical method.The whole inspection process only took 3 hours and the limits of detection was 0.5 mg/kg.It can satisfy the demands of limiting value which is recommended both home and abroad.And the recovery and precision can meet the standard of SN/T0005 and other standards. |
